Q. IS “SCREEN SHARING” SAFE?
- YES, Security is built into all aspects of our technical support. Our software is 128 bit encrypted and completely safe.
- Our technicians cannot access your computer, until you give the approval for the screen sharing.
- The software which connects us to your computer is temporarily activated and will soon get disconnected once your computer is fixed.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FIX MY COMPUTER?
- The check and fix time varies from one problem/error to other.
- Normally it takes between 15 mins – 1hr But, the estimated time to fix an error cannot be judged.
Q. DO YOU SUPPORT ALL OPERATING SYSTEMS?
- We offer the technical support for only windows based operating systems. We do not offer tech support for MAC AND *nix based computers.
- Also, we would be unable to replace your computer’s physical parts.
