Terms of Contract

 

 

  1. This is a monthly subscription plan with bi-monthly maintenance service

  2. Once subscribed into, you will receive a confirmation email along with a questionnaire asking you for your day and time preference of when you wish for OnClick Tech Support to work on the computer.

  3. Your computer would be captured on your preferred time and be worked upon. You can watch the working on your computer through our screen sharing system.

  4. OnClick Tech Support would preferably work on your computer at night if you so choose, so as, not to disrupt your schedule.

  5. Any software downloads by OnClick would be a third party freeware software and in scenario where OnClick downloads trial software for prevention or security of your computer it would be entirely on customer’s discretion whether to buy the software after evaluation period is over.

  6. If your plan includes free networking support minutes, it will not be carried forward if unused.

  7. The services provided by OnClick Tech Support ensure complete safety of your data and ensure no security breach of any sort.

  8. If for any reason you wish to unsubscribe then you could do so by calling our 800# and any days remaining would be calculated on a pro rata basis.

  9. You could also unsubscribe by email.

  10. If your plan includes Online Backup Service after unsubscribing your data will be in our server for 15 days and after which it will be deleted.

  11. If your plan includes free tech support on Printer, Scanner & Router. OnClick Representative will call on your preferred time mentioned in your questionnaire for registering your hardware for free tech support.

  12. Under no circumstances our liability will exceed the amount of fee we have charged for any services rendered.

  13. The Terms of contract are binding.
